In a game like Skyrim every tiny aspect of the map has to have detail and thought. The only reason Mount and Blade has more "total overhaul" mods is because it's a lot less time consuming. Skyrim mods, despite the memes, are a lot more in depth than just horse dicks and anime titties, as prevalent as those might seem. Mods like Frostfall, iNeed, and Hot and Cold make the game into a gritty survival landscape. There's also mods like Ordinator and SkyRe that completely change the perk system. Not to mention the many many quest mods that add whole new storylines to the main game world, such as Helgen Reborn. Beyond Skyrim is creating the world of Oblivion (Cyrodiil) in Skyrim, with, I believe, a whole new story and whatnot. Skywind and Skyblivion aim to recreate Morrowind and Oblivion in the Skyrim engine. Mods like Enderal and Nehrim exist as total overhauls for TES V and IV, as well as new world mods like Falskaar and Wyrmstooth, or Moonpath to Elsweyr. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
